Apple Zucchini Salad
1/3 cup oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoon white vinegar
1 teaspoon sugar
1 sprig parsley
salt and pepper
3 apples, cored
1/2 onion
1 green pepper
1 lb. zucchini
1 or 2 stalks celery
Mix oil, lemon juice, vinegar and sugar. Coarsely chop vegetables and apples. Mix all together with dressing. Chill and serve on lettuce.
