Egg Salad Mold 
 
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese 
3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
salt, to taste
1 (4-serving size) lemon JelloŽ
1/2 cup hot water
1 cup chopped celery 
1 small onion, grated 
6 or 7 hard-boiled eggs grated 
 
 
Mix cheese and mayonnaise; add salt, set aside.
Dissolve Jello in 1/2 cup hot water.  
 
Beat Jello slowly into cheese mixture.  
Add 4 grated eggs, celery and onion.  
 Pour into mold and refrigerate until set.
