Egg Salad with Bacon and Cheese 
  
6 slices crisp-fried bacon, crumbled 
6 hard-boiled eggs, finely chopped 
8 oz. Swiss cheese, shredded 
1/4 cup candied dill pickle 
3/4 cup mayonnaise 
2 1/2 tsp. mustard 
Salt and seasoned pepper to taste 
16 slices multi-grain sandwich bread 
Combine bacon, eggs and cheese in bowl; mix well. Add pickle, mayonnaise, mustard and seasonings; mix well. Spread between bread slices. 8 servings.
