White Wine French Dressing
2 tbsp. white wine vinegar 
2 tbsp. lemon juice 
1/2 cup salad oil 
1 tsp. salt 
1/4 tsp. pepper 
1 tsp. sugar 
1/2 tsp. dry mustard 
1 clove garlic 
Combine all ingredients in a jar with tight fitting lid.  Shake vigorously, refrigerate.  Serve over crisp salad greens.  
Makes 3/4 cup. 
NOTE: Using various flavored vinegars and oils with yield interesting flavors.
