Vinegar and Dill Dressing
1/3 cup white wine vinegar
1/3 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/6 cup light cream
generous bunch fresh dill, minced
Whisk everything together and pour on salad, let stand for appr. 1 hour before serving
