Tangy Salad Dressing 
1/4 c. oil 
1 Tbsp. onion 
garlic, to taste 
1 Tbsp. dry parsley 
1 pkg. 4 Seasons Italian dressing 
4 Tbsp. cold water 
vinegar 
1 can anchovies 
In blender, blend oil, onion, garlic, can of anchovies. Blend until smooth, add dry package of 4 Seasons, water and vinegar. Add salt, if necessary. Add vinegar to taste or a little Italian grated cheese.
