Rosa's Dressing
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup olive oil
1 pkg. dry Italian Dressing Mix (Good Season'sŪ)
2 Tbl. grated parmesan
Garlic to taste ( 2 large or 3 smaller cloves, minced fine)
Mix it all up and let the flavors blend for awhile before you use it.
