Mayfair Dressing
1/2 stick celery 
1/4 onion 
1/4 tsp. coarse crushed pepper 
1/2 - 1 tsp. dry mustard 
1 flat can anchovies, drained 
2 eggs* 
2 cloves garlic 
3/4 cup oil 
Blend together.  Store in refrigerator. 
*Use pasteurized eggs or safe egg substitute.
