Low-Fat Poppy Seed Dressing
1/2 t minced onion 
1/4 cup cider vinegar 
1/4 cup vegetable oil 
1/4 cup honey 
1/4 t Worcestershire sauce 
2 T toasted sesame seeds 
1 t poppy seeds 
In blender, combine first 5 ingredients: blend until smooth. Stir in seeds. Store in fridge.
