Italian Dressing 
24 oz. vegetable oil 
3 oz. wine vinegar 
4 cloves garlic 
2 Tbsp. oregano 
2 Tbsp. salt 
2 Tbsp. pepper, freshly ground 
1/3 c. orange juice 
3 anchovies 
Put all ingredients in blender. Makes 32 ounces. Keep refrigerated. Will keep well in tightly covered jar or bottle. Shake well before using.
