Hot Bacon Dressing 
6 slices bacon 
2 tbsp bacon fat 
1/4 c sugar 
1 1/2 tbsp flour 
1/2 tsp salt 
1 c milk 
1 egg, beaten 
1/4 c vinegar 
Fry bacon; drain and crumble. Reserve 2 tbsp fat and put in a skillet. Stir in sugar, flour and salt. Remove from heat and gradually stir in milk. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened. Blend a small amount into the egg, then return to pan. Cook 1 minute. Stir in vinegar and bacon. Serve.
