Hot Bacon Dressing 
6 slices bacon, diced 
1/2 Cup sliced green onions 
6 Tbls. brown sugar 
3 Tbls. vinegar 
1/2 tsp. salt 
1/4 tsp. dry mustard 
Dash of paprika 
Cook bacon until crisp.  Drain all but about 2 tbls. of grease from pan.  Add remaining ingredients.  
 
Bring to boiling and remove from heat.
Toss with spinach leaves.  Serve Immediately.
