Green Goddess Dressing
3/4 cup mayonnaise 
2 anchovy fillets, minced very finely 
1 tbsp. chopped parsley 
1 tbsp chopped chives 
1 tbsp chopped green onions 
1 tbsp tarragon wine vinegar 
3/4 tsp. dried tarragon or 1 1/4 tsp. fresh chopped 
In a small bowl, mix togehter mayonnaise,anchovies, parsley, chives, green onion, vinegar and tarragon until well mixed.  Cover and refrigerate.  Let flavors blend at least 2 hours. 
Serve over greens, seafood, meats, etc.
