Creamy Peppercorn Dressing
1 Tbsp. Penzeys creamy peppercorn dressing mix
2 Tbsp. water
2 Tbsp. tarragon vinegar
2/3 cup mayonnaise
2/3 cup sour cream
Mix dressing mix with water and vinegar and allow to sit for 5 minutes. Whisk in remaining ingredients.
