Bleu Cheese Dressing
Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

1 cup sour cream
1/2 c. heavy cream
1 c. buttermilk
1 c. chopped bleu cheese
1 t. Tabasco sauce
1 Tablespoon minced fresh garlic
2 green onions. white and green -- finely chopped
2 t. lime juice
salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients. Chill well.
