Basil Mayonnaise 
1 cup loosely packed basil 
1 cup mayonnaise (regular or light, not fat free) 
1 teaspoon lemon juice 
Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until the basil is finely chopped.  
Refrigerate until needed. 
It lasts up to six months in the refrigerator.
