Basil Buttermilk Dressing 
1/2 cup buttermilk 
1/2 cup nonfat or reduced calorie mayo 
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard 
3 tablespoons lime juice 
1 cup loosely packed fresh basil leaves 
Salt and pepper to taste  
Add all ingredients to bowl of food processor and process until basil is finely chopped. Transfer to a bowl and chill.
