Basic Vinaigrette- low fat, salt and sugar recipe 
1/4 cup red wine vinegar or rice vinegar 
1/2 cup water 
1 Tbl. + 1 tea. apple juice concentrate 
1/4 tea. garlic powder 
1/4 tea. onion powder 
1 tea. fresh lemon juice 
1 tea. tamari or low-sodium soy sauce 
1/2 tea. Dijon-style mustard 
Dash of red (cayenne) pepper (optional) 
Place all ingredients in jar with a tight-fitting lid and shake well.  Refrigerate.  Makes 1 cup.  5 calories per tablespoon.
