Basic French Dressing 
2/3 C. salad oil 
1/3 C. vinegar (regular or wine) 
1 tsp. salt 
1 tsp. sugar 
1/2 tsp. paprika 
1/4 tsp. dry mustard 
pepper to taste 
Combine, shake well, chill. Makes just over 1 cup.
