Apricot Poppyseed Dressing 
  2/3 cup apricot nector 
  1/4 cup honey 
  2 Tbl. white wine vinegar 
  2 tsp. grated onion 
  1 tsp. dry mustard 
  1 tsp. paprika 
  1/2 tsp. salt 
  1/4 tsp. ground white pepper 
  3/4 cup veggie oil 
  1 Tbl. poppy seed 
Combine the first 8 ingredients in food processor.  With processor running, slowly pour oil into feed tube.  Add poppy seeds and process until well blended.
