Thai Cucumber Salad
Dressing:
1 cup white vinegar
2/3 cup sugar
2 teaspoons salt
Heat all together until sugar dissolves. Chill.
Salad:
2 large cucumbers, peeled and sliced
1-2 small hot red chiles, thinly sliced
Place in bowl and cover with dressing.
