Corn Salad  
2 (16 oz.) cans white Shoe Peg corn, drained 
1 (2 oz.) jar pimento, drained 
1/2 cup chopped green pepper 
1/2 cup chopped onion 
2 stalks chopped celery 
1/2 cup sugar 
1/2 cup vegetable oil 
1/2 cup vinegar 
1 tsp. salt 
1/2 tsp. pepper 
Mix all together and chill overnight. 
Variations: add French-style green beans and/or canned /or frozen/thawed green peas.
