Fireworks Coleslaw

1/4 cup reduced-calorie mayonnaise 
2 tablespoons cider vinegar 
2 tablespoons grated onion 
1/2 teaspoon salt 
1/4 teaspoon pepper 
2 cups thinly sliced green cabbage 
2 cups thinly sliced red cabbage 
1/2 cup red bell pepper strips 
1/2 cup yellow bell pepper strips 
1/2 cup coarsely shredded carrot 
1/4 cup raisins 
 
Preparation time: 20 minutes. Standing time: 20 minutes. 
Combine first 5 ingredients in a medium bowl; stir well.  Add remaining ingredients; toss gently to coat.  
Cover and chill 20 minutes. 
Yield: 5 servings (serving size: 1 cup).
