 Freezer Slaw
1 bell pepper 
1 head of cabbage 
1 carrot 
 
 
 
1-1/2 cups sugar 
1 cup vinegar 
1/4 cup water 
1 tsp. mustard seed 
1 tsp. celery seed 
Chop bell pepper, cabbage and carrot; let stand 1 hour.  In a saucepan, mix remaining ingredients together well.
Bring to a boil and boil for 3 minutes; let cool.  Pour over cabbage and freeze. 
Thaw the slaw in colander; drain and rinse.  Add mayonnaise.
