Cole Slaw 
1 head green cabbage, shredded   
1 small carrot, peeled and shredded 
or 
1 (16 ounce) package cole slaw mix 
2/3 cup mayonnaise 
1/4 cup sugar   
3 tblsp. milk 
2 tblsp. vinegar 
1/2 tsp. salt 
1/4 tsp. pepper 
Toss cabbage and carrot in medium bowl. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over cabbage mixture; toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight to allow flavors to blend. 
Yield: 6-8 servings.
