Chicken Salad with Dill
 
  3-5 cups or so diced, cooked chicken 
  2 tbsp. cider or sherry vinegar 
  1 tsp. salt 
  1 tbsp. fresh chiffonade dill or 1 1/2 tsp. dried 
  1 cup minced celery 
  1/2 cup minced green onions 
  1/2 cup minced green or red pepper 
  2/3 cup mayonnaise 
  Juice of 1/2 lemon 
  fresh ground pepper ro taste. 
    Combine all ingredients and serve.
