Sweet and Sour Bean Salad 
2 (1 lb. cans) green beans 
1 (1 lb. can) garbanzos 
1 (1 lb. can) kidney beans, optional 
1/2 can pimientos, chopped (about 1/4 cup) 
1 red onion sliced fine 
1 clove garlic, minced or pressed 
1 tsp. salt 
1/2 cup cider vinegar 
1/2 cup tarragon vinegar 
2/3 cup sugar 
1/2 cup oil 
Add salt, vinegars and sugar to minced garlic. Slowly add oil. Pour over beans, onions and pimiento and marinate. 
Good for several days. Keep covered in refrigerator.
