Black Bean and Corn Salad 
2 (15 to 16 oz) cans of Black Beans-rinsed and drained. 
1 (16 ounce) large package frozen corn, thawed, but not cooked-or 2 cans drained-or grilled corn scrapped off the cob 
1 (10 oz) can Rotel Tomatoes 
Red and Green Pepper sliced thin 
2 bunches green onions-chopped 
Fresh Cilantro to taste-chopped   
Juice of 1-2 Limes depending on size 
Salt and fresh ground pepper to taste. 
Mix everything together and refrigerate. If it seems to dry and more add some of your favorite Salsa.
