Guacamole
Yield: 8 Servings 
4 Avocados 
1/2 cup Green Chiles, Chopped 
1/2 Medium Tomato, Chopped 
2 tsp. Onion, Finely Chopped 
2 tsp. Mayonnaise 
1/2 tsp. Salt 
2 tbl. Lemon Juice 
1 clove fresh garlic, minced 
1/2 tsp. White Pepper 
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce 
Peel and seed the avocados. Add all ingredients and mash until smooth. The lemon juice will keep it from turning dark.
