Cold Antipasto Platter 
1 (1 lb.) can garbanzo beans (chick peas) 
1 cup good Italian dressing 
1 head romain or other crisp lettuce 
1 (4 oz.) can button mushrooms 
1 (7 oz.) jar pimento stuffed olives 
1 (7 oz.) can chunk style tuna 
1 cup thinly sliced radishes 
1 lb. genoa salami, cut into strips 
1/2 lb. provolone cheese, cut into cubes 
1 (6 oz.) can artichoke hearts 
1 (2 oz.) can rolled anchovie fillets 
Drain garbanzos, then toss with 1/4 cup dressing; refrigerate. 
Line a large, flat platter with salad greens, arrange all ingredients attractively in sections.  
 
Drizzle remaining dressing over salad.
