Spanish Rice Pronto

2 tablespoons butter or margarine 
1 medium onion, chopped 
1/2 medium green pepper, diced 
1 1/2 cups Minute Rice 
1/1/2 cups water 
2 cans (8 oz. each) tomato sauce 
1/4 teaspoon salt 
Dash of pepper 
1/2 teaspoon prepared mustard (optional) 

Heat butter in saucepan or skillet. 

Stir in onion, green pepper and rice. 

Cook and stir over high heat until lightly browned.  

Add remaining ingredients, mix well and bring to a boil. 

Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, 5 minutes.

Makes 3 1/2 cups or 4 servings.
