Lemon Rice

1 cup water
2 chicken bouillon cubes
1 tablespoon butter
1/2 cup Uncle Ben's rice, uncooked
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 1/2 teaspoons parsley

In a saucepan add water and bouillon. Heat to a boil. Remove from heat. Dissolve cubes. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Stir. Reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes covered, stirring occasionally.
