Fried Rice

1-2 packages of Kikkoman Fried Rice Seasoning Mix
2 tbsp. veg. oil
3 green onions, chopped
1-2 eggs, beaten
3 cups cold cooked rice
Your choice of cooked meats, ie pork, chicken, beef or shrimp

Dissolve mix in 2 tbsp. of water or 4 tbsp if using 2 pkgs, set aside.

Heat 2 tbsp. of veg. oil in wok or large skillet, (medium heat). Add green onions and stir-fry 1 minute. Add egg and scramble, do this quickly so it doesn't stick then stir in the rice and cook for about 3-4 mins. (gently separating grains). After the rice is cooked you can add your choice of meats or go meatless. Add seasoning mixture, cook and stir until well blended. You can add any additional seasonings you like to flavor it to your taste. This is just quick and simple when your in a rush.

Fried Rice

2-3 tablespoons veg. oil
3-4 chopped green onions
2-3 beaten eggs
3 cups of cold cooked rice (adjust the amount if you don't have a lot of gravy
1 1/2 cups of your gravy
However much meat you have to add from your leftover dinner, or about 1 1/2 cups cubed

Heat your oil in a wok or a large skillet, medium to high heat, keep an eye on it, add your onions and quickly stir-fry for a moment, add the eggs and scramble quickly then add your cold rice and stir it all around and cook for about 3-4 mins over mediumish heat. Add your gravy, stir and add your meat. Cook this till your meat is heated through. Some of us have this with some soy sauce and some of us have it with traditional duck sauce.
