Turkey Sate

about 1# turkey tenderloins or cutlets
2 tbsp wine vinegar
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp peanut butter (creamy)
1 tbsp white sugar
1 tbsp fresh or 1 tsp dried ginger
hot sauce to taste

Mix everything but the turkey together to make the marinade.

Cut turkey into 1" wide strips by whatever length by about 1/4" thickness. Add to marinade and let sit for 15 to 30 minutes.

Preheat broiler.

Thread on metal skewers to look like a ribbon. Put on broiling pan which is close to the heat source. Broil until the tops start charring, turn over brush with left over marinade and cook the other side.

Do not over cook as the meat will be dry.
