Turkey Soup: Harvest Soup

Harvest Soup

2 lb fresh turkey wings
1 Tbsp. instant chicken bouillon
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/4 tsp. black pepper
16 oz. frozen vegetables for soup
2 c. cabbage, shredded
1/2 c. spaghetti
6 c. water

Rinse turkey, place in Dutch oven with the water and seasonings. Bring to boil. Simmer 2 hours. Remove turkey. Add vegetables and spaghetti. Cover and simmer 15 minutes more. Remove turkey from bone and cut in bite size pieces and add to soup.

Makes 6 servings.
