Basiled Turkey Legs

4 turkey legs, or wings
2 tbsps. margarine
1/2 cup Rose wine
1/2 cup water
1 tsp. sweet basil
1 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped
1/2 stalk celery, diced
Pepper and garlic salt
1 (8 oz. can) tomato sauce
1 pkg. onion soup mix

Sprinkle legs with pepper and garlic salt. Brown in margarine in a slow cooker or Dutch oven. Add celery, onion and garlic. Lightly brown.

Blend tomato sauce, Rose wine and water with onion soup mix. Stir in sweet basil.

Cook covered for 2 hours on low heat, or all day in a slow cooker. Serve over rice or noodles
