Chicken Melon Salad

2 cantaloupes
2 cups cooked chicken, cubed
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1 pound seedless grapes
2 stalks of celery, chopped
2 green onions, chopped
1 cup shredded lettuce
1/2 tea. seasoned salt
dash of pepper
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream

Slice cantaloupes in half; remove seeds and chill in refrig.

Combine remaining ingred.

Using ice cream scoop or large spoon, mound salad in the center of each melon half. Serve on lettuce greens, if desired.

Yield: 4 servings

Notes: low-fat or non-fat mayo and sour cream may be used for a low-calorie dish.
