 Polish Poultry
  3 chicken breasts 
  8 oz. Polish sausage - cut into pieces 
  1 tsp. onion powder 
  1/8 tsp. garlic powder 
  1/2 tsp. caraway seeds 
  20 oz. sauerkraut (undrained) 
  1/4 tsp. salt 
  1/8 tsp. pepper 
  1/4 tsp. thyme 


Preheat 350 F.

Combine onion & garlic powder, seeds & sauerkraut. Place on bottom of 11 
X 7 glass casserole dish. Top with sausage & chicken. Sprinkle with salt, 
pepper & thyme. Bake at 350 for 65 min. Bast occasionally with pan juices.
