Chicken in White Wine Sauce

2 T. flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp. black pepper
4 skinned, boned chicken breast halves
1 teaspoon olive oil
1/2 cup fat free, chicken broth
1/2 cup dry white wine
4 teaspoons grated Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine first 4 ingredients in a shallow dish.

Dredge chicken in flour mixture.

Heat oil in an ovenproof skillet over medium heat. Add chicken, cook a few minutes on each side until browned. Add broth and wine. Bring to a boil, remove from heat.

Cover and bake at 350 degrees F. for 30 minutes or until done.

Sprinkle with cheese.
