Tetrazzini for 2

2 cups frozen broccoli cuts
1 (7 1/2 ounce) can of semi-condensed cream of mushroom soup with wine
2 Tablespoons milk or wine
Generous dash of ground oregano
1 can (5 ounces) chunk white chicken, undrained or 1 cup diced chicken or 6 1/2 ounce tuna, drained
Hot buttered noodles
Parmesan cheese

In a saucepan, cook broccoli in 1 inch boiling water until tender (4 to 6 minutes); drain. In a saucepan combine soup, milk, oregano, chicken, and cooked broccoli; heat. Serve over noodles. Sprinkle with cheese.
