Almond Chicken Salad
Taste of Home, Aug/Sept. 1995

4 c cubed cooked chicken
1 1/2 c seedless green grapes, halved
1 c chopped celery
3/4 c sliced green onions
3 hard cooked eggs, chopped
1/2 c mayo or salad dressing
1/4 c sour cream
1 tbsp prepared mustard
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp celery salt
1/8 tsp dry mustard
1/8 tsp paprika
1/2 c slivered almonds, toasted
1 kiwifruit, peeled and sliced, optional

Combine chicken, grapes, celery, onions, and eggs. In a different bowl, combine next 9 ingredients and stir until smooth. Pour over the chicken mixture and toss gently. Stir in almonds and serve immediately or refrigerate, adding almonds at serving time. Garnish with kiwifruit if desired.

Makes 6 to 8 servings.
