3 cups cooked rice
2 cups diced, cooked chicken
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 medium chopped green pepper
1 medium chopped onion
4 eggs -- slightly beaten
2 1/2 cups milk
1 1/2 teaspoons chopped fresh or 1/2 tsp dried basil
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon red pepper sauce
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Heat oven to 325 degrees. Grease 9" sq. pan.

Mix rice, chicken, cheese, bell pepper and onion; spread in the pan.

Mix eggs, milk, basil, salt, pepper sauce and pepper; pour over rice mixture. Sprinkle with Parmesan.

Bake uncovered 45-50 min. or until set. Let stand 10 min. before serving.
