Honey Orange Chicken

4 skinless boneless chicken breast halves
1 tea. nutmeg
1/2 tea. salt
1/8 tea. pepper
1 1/2 cups orange juice
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup raisins
2 tables. cornstarch
2 tables. water
1/4 cup toasted sliced almonds
Near East Couscous

Lightly flatten chicken breasts. Sprinkle both sides with nutmeg, salt/pepper.

Combine orange juice, honey and raisins in large skillet; heat. Add chicken. Cover and simmer 15 to 20 min. or until chicken is tender; remove.

Dissolve cornstarch in water; stir into orange juice mixture. Cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Return chicken to skillet; stir in almonds.

Heat. Serve chicken and sauce with couscous prepared to pkg. directions.

Makes 4 servings.
