Easy Lemon Rosemary Chicken 
4 chicken breast halves 
1 lemon 
1/4 cup wine 
2 garlic cloves (to taste) 
PamŽ/ butter 
Sprigs of fresh rosemary 
Preheat oven to 350° F
Pan fry chicken til outside is brown in Pam or other fat. Take chicken out and put in baking dish. Add garlic to frying pan and cook til scent releases; add wine and deglaze pan. Pour over chicken in baking dish. 
Cut lemon into slices and put a slice on each half. Put rosemary on top of lemon  and then bake for 45 or until done in 350 oven. 
Great frozen and then reheat in microwave
