Chicken: Easy Chicken Spaghetti

Easy Chicken Spaghetti
Serves 8-10

5 to 6 pounds of skinned chicken pieces (or not skinned according to your preferences.)
2 large onions sliced in rings
all the sliced mushrooms you want (optional)
3 (28 ounce) cans of crushed tomatoes
dried or fresh oregano to taste
dried or fresh basil - lots!
enough sphagetti for the group you are feeding

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

Place chicken in a baking pan that has been lightly oiled. Arrange onions and mushrooms on top, sprinkle with oregano. Cover with tomatoes, sprinkle with basil and pepper. Cook for one hour and twenty minutes at 375 degrees. Cover for the first hour with foil.

Serve over spaghetti with freshly grated Parmesan.
