Chicken Fingers

Boneless chicken breast
Italian flavored bread crumbs
Lite Italian salad dressing

Preheat oven to 450.

Cut up boneless chicken breast to desired size (or you can buy the chicken pre-cut) and place in bowl. Pour over salad dressing and stir to coat well and let sit about 10 minutes. Place breadcrumbs in a ziploc bag, add chicken and as size will allow and shake to coat with bread crumbs.

Spray a cookie sheet with edges with olive oil, place coated chicken on cookie sheet and spray top of chicken pieces too so they will crisp. Bake at 450 for about 15 minutes. (Cooking at the high temp seals in the juice)

We serve with honey mustard salad dressing and carrot sticks and ranch dressing.
