Chicken Breasts with Savory Sauce

4 boneless, skinned chicken breast halves, 1 1/2 to 2 lbs.
4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
2 cups (about 2 whole) tomatoes, peeled, seeded and diced
1 cup plain yogurt
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil leaves or 1 Tbsp. dried
1/4 cup pine nuts or toasted slivered almonds(optional)
Hot cooked noodles

Saute chicken breasts in 2 Tbsp. of the butter in pan over medium heat for 5 minute on each side or until chicken is cooked through. Remove chicken from pan.

Add remaining butter and tomatoes. Turn heat to high. Cook until tomatoes are just softened. Remove pan from heat.

Add yogurt, sugar and salt. Return chicken to pan. Cook until chicken is heated through. Add basil.
Serve over hot noodles. Garnish with pine nuts or almonds if desired.
