2 tablespoons flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
dash of pepper
4 skinned and boned chicken breast halves
2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
1 tablespoon olive oil
3/4 cups champagne or dry white wine
1/4 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1/2 cup whipping cream

Combine flour, salt, and pepper; lightly dredge chicken in flour mixture.

Heat butter and oil in a lorge skillet; add chicken and cook about 4 minutes on each side.

Add champagne; cook over medium heat about 12 minutes or till chicken is tender. Remove chicken and set aside.

Add mushrooms and whipping cream to skillet; cook over low heat, stirring constantly, just until thickened. Add chicken and cook until heated.
