Chicken and Ham Lasagna

8 oz. lasagna noodles
1/4 c. margarine
1/3 c. flour
1 tsp. dry onion
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
2 c. chicken broth
1 c. milk
1/2 c. grated Parmesan
2 c. cubed chicken, cooked
1 (3 oz.) can chopped mushrooms, drained
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen asparagus (or can)
1 (6 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 (6 oz.) pkg. thinly sliced ham
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Cook noodles and drain.

Combine with melted margarine. Blend in flour and onion, garlic and 1/8 teaspoon pepper. Add chicken broth and milk; cook until bubbly. Stir in 1/2 cup grated Cheddar cheese and mushrooms. Layer in 9 x 13-inch pan; add 1/2 the noodles, all the asparagus, chicken, Mozzarella and 1/2 milk mixture. Top with ham, remaining noodles and milk mixture. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.

Note: You may put turkey instead of chicken.
