Seafood Pizza

Seafood pizza 

1/2 Cup white wine 
14 sun dried tomatoes (not in oil) 
4 garlic cloves, minced 
1 Cup crushed canned tomatoes 
1/2 tsp. lemon peel 
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper 
10-15 large shrimp, peeled, deveined, cut in half lengthwise 
1 pizza crust 
3/4 Cup grated mozzarella cheese 
1 tbsp. minced fresh basil 
2 tsps. freshly grated Parmesan cheese 

Combine first seven ingredients in skillet. Stir over medium high heat until until sauce is thick, about five minutes.
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Add shrimp to sauce and cook until almost cooked through. Remove from heat; cool.
Place crust on baking sheet and bake until beginning to brown and edges are crisp.  

Stir mozzarella and basil into seafood mixture. Spoon over crust and sprinkle with Parmesan. 

Bake 6 minutes or until cheese melts. Cool 5 minutes before serving
